French Account & Event Manager

Are you an experienced Event Manager, fluent in French and available for a great challenge in Amsterdam? You will be responsible for the French and British Accounts. You will be organizing and attending trade fairs in London, Paris and Frankfurt and handle all the work connected to these fairs.

Your future responsibilities include:
Preparing offers and ordering products and materials for the fair
Booking the trips and hotels for the fair
Organizing the trade fairs and doing sales at the events
Set up the stand at the event
Order management
General administration including invoicing

You are:
Living in Amsteram
Fluent in French and English, and ideally also fluent in Dutch and German.
working in a similar role for at least 2 years
experienced with working in a small team
a little Excel, Word and Outlook wizard
accurate, reliable, and a true problem solver
no 9-5 mentality and willing to travel
